We created Hedge Realty to meet a need in the North Bay for a hyperlocal agency with the ambition, vision and marketing sophistication to truly distinguish client properties in a perpetually competitive market. We have a passion for harnessing a spectrum of our resources to meet each individual client’s needs.

We spent a decade working together as fellow Sotheby’s International Realty agents in Wine Country collaborating and lending the other support wherever possible. In time, we were both recruited to Compass to become founding members of the firm’s North Bay office. As our careers unfolded and our friendship grew, we began to recognize how much we had in common; a shared commitment to excellence, a local’s love for the rich mosaic of communities and sophisticated marketing campaigns that tell compelling stories to prospective buyers and drive sales.

ALEXA GLOCKNER 

Alexa Glockner is a veteran real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience in the nation’s top flight markets — including Greenwich, CT, New York City, San Francisco and Sonoma County. A descendant of five generations of artisans — architects, builders, engineers and interior designers — Alexa grew up in Greenwich, CT, visiting construction sites, surveying lots and working at her family’s real estate firm. Alexa continued to train in the Corcoran Group’s flagship Manhattan office, where she honed her marketing skills and sales acumen before moving with her husband to Northern California where they are raising their two sons. Alexa has lent her talents as a volunteer to a variety of local cultural institutions, schools, and non-profits — including serving on the board of Petaluma’s Heritage Homes.
